The dollar amount - the churn north daily - and several confirmed key fundamentals that can lead to a continuous ascent - 1- CONFIRMED NO DILUTION
2- CONFIRMED only a 26k total debt that the company has no issue paying and NO convertible NOTES.
3- JUST SPENT $85k on 25 audited financials and disclosures - as well as a Form 3 and several 8k's. I imagine a ton in legal fees too. All in all- easily over $100k to get $ATPT set to become SEC audited current.
