Why is Richard, mentioned by name by WOGI in only one place that I know

He was mentioned in multiple places especially one important one called the WOGI OTC and he fell under WOGI Officers as a consultant.

Seems he disappeared from Peru after he left WOGI and WOGI CEO stayed in Peru. Weird!
