He has not 8K'd anything that says BVTK will be receiving $21 million in the 4th Quarter.

At the moment, the ONLY disclosure by the company is that they have received a PO from Darkpulse for a project that DarkPulse is still negotiating.

There is nothing that shows it as being definitive let alone going to show up in the "4th quarter".
