This is just a hunch and of course I have no idea if it is right, or wrong, or something similar, or nothing like this, but one thing I do know is if I am right this has been happening already for many weeks not GOING to happen and potentially could be almost complete. So of course, just a hunch but that statement from page five would explain the price depreciation instead of appreciation like many investors thought we would see with BTC at 7300ish.
