Pascoe has one thing in mind, to keep he and his incompetent buddies employed because they can't find employment anywhere else.
Why pay a Chief Development Officer 300k when they have no products in development, why pay a Chief Business Officer 200K when you or I can do the job for 20K.

Pascoe knows this and he is just sticking it in your azz.
