Pump info from 2016 trial...

the average survival time was reported to increase
from 321 days in the controls to over 600 days in the treated dogs. ADXS31-164
was apparently cleared from circulation by immune response which targeted the
vaccine for destruction by T cells. A total of 22 dogs were blood-cultured within
24-48 hours following intravenous infusion; some of those had further blood
cultures at 48 and/or 72 hours post treatment. For the 71 recorded tests, all results
were negative for detection of Listeria suggesting that the risks of vaccine shed
and spread are low.
? One recent Advaxis study combined ADXS31-164 with palliative radiation to
induce immunity and delay tumor progression in 10 previously untreated healthy
dogs that were histopathologically positive for osteosarcoma.11 Results thus far
show that the combination of radiation and immunotherapy delayed tumor
progression, improved quality of life, and prolonged median survival time in the
treated dogs.
