Hey, welcome back! Baltia's quiet period has been ongoing for years now. Now and then they do one of those PR events with nice wanna be flight attendants and even nicer talks about future plans and intentions (this is really getting boring) but then there has never been anything substantial coming out of this...nothing!
I bet on seeing a R/S as the next company action to be able to start the whole show over again!
Further delay will show up with further fantastic excuses followed by further excitment about more cheapies to load one's boat, further BS talk.....
