Yeah buddy it is. After the GULLIBLE voted YES to trash this ticker by allowing massive dilution (goin' GOLD if you give em 8 BILLION shares!! Whoppeeeee!) and giving Smith 100% TOTAL control and all voting rights to do anything HE WANTS that is the ONLY answer there is currently.

So...again,what is YOUR answer to this disaster?
