Restructuring means reducing the number of outstanding shares. Right now ACOL is at 5.24B. if they can manage to reduce this number to half either by way of retiring or an R/S, this would definitely drive PPS up and also look more inviting to corporate investors. But something has to done soon about this big number in order for this company to gain market dominance respectively!
