The 10K is the biggie because every 10K should be audited, whereas the quarterly 10Q's are not.

To your last comment, "The thing is, if the SEC moves HERB to the grey market before revoking it, and the stock drops to a dime or less, I'll probably buy a shtload of it." once an SEC Registered stock is suspended for being delinquent the stock registration would be revoked and all stock would be worthless.
