I just checked and it says Nov 2nd but the form generated Nov 4th. Other entities are still deliquent but not Tigrent Inc. well my avarage is 2.2 so I will wait for a bit to see. I know they heard from some shareholders last week so hope they will at least inform us about status on everything. Also, seems who ever is following 8kfly.com was the one buying on both runs. I did send an email but no response yet

We can just guess but what I know is part of those millions should belong to Tigrent so even if they do not file anything we as a shareholders could ask and pursue how the money is being dispersed, its our legal roght as Tigrent is public Company and it belongs to shareholders also. I am in Europe but I will try to call Monday ir Tuesday and check, I got to use skype which is crap but will try to get some info.
Wish I know since when OTC started being updated with SS, first time I look was on Oct 19th when I bought in as it was showing Oct 19th, 2017 and that is why I bought shares here

Yeah I guess this turned out to be a scam... I took my money and ran yesterday when they didn’t return my email in 2 days and also never returned my phone call which they said they would. Well, you win some and lose some. This company is just a fraud
