Honestly, I think if they can spin some BS about the patent being used for a marijuana service of some type, this could run just based on that alone. Throw in some kind of funding news and it will run for sure.
This was the only positive I saw from the last update. The only thing I didn’t like was the “6 months or more of continued review” line. Believe me, I’d love nothing more than to see this run, but anything can happen in a 6 month or more timeline. They can R/S and drop this again before they even begin to spin that story. Also, not liking the never ending .0001s. Apparently shareholders aren’t buying it. At this point, they have to spin something so they can continue to dilute.
“Regarding patent updates from the Patent Trademark Office (PTO), the Company has confirmation of the next major milestone (stage 9 of 13 stages) of examiner assignment and request for further information. During this stage we will also determine the best strategy of filing for additional Patents for applications that we have developed or possible alternative uses for the IP. However the application might take 6 months or more of continued review based on the regular process and PTO resources.”
