EI: the 90% taxable income rule you cite is generally correct. There are income items specifically excluded from the distribution requirement.

Also, $2.23 in EPS doesn’t necessarily equate to taxable income year to date.

Nonetheless, I hope your right. this symbol has been an excellent investment for me - up till now anyway.
