I think the uncertainty depends on the FDA and what interraction data PPHM has on hand to support Bavi + combo studies. In viral studies, most companies have to provide 12 week animal tox studies before moving into combo studies. SK stated they were still trying to determine whether they would proceed with one dose or multiple. My guess is they have some type of data and it's questionable, why else would they still be considering one dose or more. Did Bavi + IFN + Rib interract well with multiple or single doses, I think this is clearly on the table and the reason for deliberation.
Forward looking statements...."increasingly enthusiastic", this is just a statement and I read nothing else into it....many CEOs have made plenty of forward looking statements that never actually materialized. If management is that enthusiastic....then PR it....this is my opine.
