sorry but pls look at page 11 again where there is no such showing of a "clear dose dependence from lowest to highest" as you suggest. Certainly Bertolino and Menon have not remarked upon anything like this.

1) No visible trend. Misleading to interpret otherwise.
2) numbers too small for meaningful percentages
