OWCP is about ready to lay golden eggs.

Silence from management has been detrimental to their shareholders but there's a reason for this imo.

Imagine how much pressure is on big Pharma right now with the opioid situation.
OWCP have probably been propositioned many times over.
My guess is they're pulling their hair out they don't know what to do they know they're in a gold mine as well as their shareholders.
