Probably MMs are holding shares for themselves, and don't want to release any, or retail doesn't want to sell.

I was just thinking about that chump who sold at .0016. Does he/she/it realize that .0016 is today's low and has been the LOD for many days the past month? "Chump" is too good for the person.
