In the PR they point out the mining company is finishing up their 3rd quarter filings and they will be coming current with the ICBU filings, two separate things (as I read it). The 2 quarters people are referring to are Q4 of 2016 and first Q of 2017.
Krsna financials have been reported in the year end 2016 financials and first quarter 2017 financials. They are way behind on 2nd quarter and need to do 3rd quarter
