Now that is funny - Peterson is desperate to pump TRTC - as he has many more shares to dump.

But both facilities being completed by 2017 - is a real problem for Peterson.

So TRTC is going to loan NuLeaf $4+ million - but all of their cash is from financing activities - as they aren't profitable.
