So they are having a shareholder meeting December 12--and tell shareholders and PROSPECTIVE shareholders AFTER the deadline to be considered a shareholder.
That was intentional. If anyone was thinking of buying NAT to go to the shareholder meeting--TOO LATE!
The Board of Directors that have presided over this disaster should not be reelected. But, they will be. Because the insiders and their cronies own the majority of the shares.
