Of course! I don't buy a stock with out doing thorough DD. I have had failed businesses in the past, does that mean I should lay down and die and quit trying, according to you it does. I do not believe he is lying about the acquisition or lying on the financials, apparently you do. Please post actual proof of that so I can take it to the OTC and SEC, very serious charges.
