Damn. Why settle for 2 arms when you can have 3? Whats the downside to SP besides price? Could this kill us?

Are you referring to the SP that connects to the XI? Ive had surgeons get flown into corporate for training on it and they said its nothing special...TWO ARMS...not three. And they definitely aren’t snakes. Only a small portion of the arm is flexible, while the rest is jointed.
