Typically you see people willing to buy up to a percentage of a 1X sales calculation for the acquisition.

For me personally, it's up to half or 50%. In this case, the minimum revenue they're expecting from the first acquisition is $28.8M...divided by the O/S is .0126 at 1X sales.

To each his own, but to me, anything under .0063 is a gift IMHO. UF
