I agree that he handled it well, Diddy. he is a friendly and personable man, which does not save him from being a scoundrel..nor necessarily brand him as such.
He made one faus pas in his opening remarks when he talked about the kids in Indiana.. The medicine they were given (heparin)is not on the list of signatured medicines. I doubt that it will be, because of the way that it is administered to the patients.
It is not put in an IV drip bag, (not compounded)..although the nurses may piggy back it into the drip line. It is injected into a vein, not a muscle.
Nurses assigned to a "preemie" ward should be experienced and extremely careful.
As I said before, I believe that INET and Gary Anderson were allowed to ask non pre-briefed questions. The others, heck no.
