Good news in my opinion. I would like to see a draw and hopefully a huge public uproar as a result. At least it would force the government to have to justify their actions for sweeping the money to the general treasury coffer for all of these years.

Or Treasury could decide to just go ahead and run F&F through bankruptcy - cancelling all outstanding common shares, issuing new common shares, and paying out junior preferred at a little under face value...

Any way it goes - it will be interesting for sure!
