If there is another stay we will not hear it before November 28th. But settlements tend to be announced earlier then the date set for that. But not before November 7th. There have been some technical issues which delayed the previous status report to this new date. If the Settlement was was already done, they couldn't announce it before they had reported it to the judge, so not before November 7th.
They asked for a period of 4 weeks in the stay, which is strange, because the previous stays where 6 weeks.
To me it seems they asked for a shorter period because they are already done, but just in case there is an extra delay in the status report they've build in some space.
