That is the way I read it, 2 separate deals and that deal with Kalitta is waiting in the wings for early 2018

My bad, I thought there were a couple of sentences in the “acquisition” agreement regarding a C-Check. Something to the effect that the C-Check would be performed, at the expense of Baltia and reimbursed at closing.
