Except the market doesn't know the potentials yet as the company has not unveiled its plans officially. We're waiting for this.

Whatever we do know, they are all based on DD by some dedicated longs. But we need to hear from the company.

I agree, the market is forward looking! I believe the market knows best, hence the current share price action since the ticker change.
