The one caveat that may pose the biggest challenge here ... the volume of paperwork needed to bring this dead horse back to life. My guess is they have looked at that before making Angel an "employee" with ONRAMP. Here are the Jet Genius details ... charter plane business - I guess it could go public but my money in on ONRAMP.
