Ya stocks tend to go up when there is 2.5 mil in dilution needed for an 8 mil market cap company!!! LOL

If they ever get that financing, what happens when that stock is dumped and/ or the warrants which will be required to entice someone to finance the co?? LOL

it doesn't go up! eek!
