I know you're not bashing my friend and actually I have seen it. Seems that the OTC is full of the impatient nowadays and they are bailing at all costs to go run after another, that's my theory anyways. I get where you're coming from, we are all a little frustrated with Rossi's tardiness but really nothing we can do about it unless we bail and move on or hang in there and hope like hell he doesn't miss another dead line. That's all I got. I have added and will add more.

Rossi controls the retirement of the shares and he did it! 100M shares retired!
He doenst control how the market reacts, this is OTC, very moving market.

The retirement of the shares was already built into the share price. Those were not float. The drop in price was due to the delay in getting current. IMO they should have given him until the end of November, but to each their own. Accumulating under 2.
