Cogosense is as you say under the Hexagon umbrella...but as per most contracts that I have seen when dealing with a holding company, its the parent company that is liable for the contract and its enforcement.
I may be wrong, but pretty sure any issues with legalities in these contracts would fall upon the corporate company and not a subsidiary of it, which is what Cogosense is.
