#24395 RE: AMAZING MAN #24393

Did (Doctor) Elvis Robert "Bob" Gates pick John Griffin and that other thug con man, ex-con, David George? Bob Gates seemed to me like a decent man when I spoke to him on the phone, but why in the pluck would he hand the keys to those guys? I spoke to Griffin way back then too. Hell, he and I dam near have the same last name. Griffin told me he was working hard to turn things around. But then I spoke to Scott Harkness, the promoter guy, and he told me that David George was really the one running things and that he screwed everybody out of their money.

P.S. Shanais Pelka has been selling her Nii Bars for a few years now. From what I gathered she was the nutritionist closely associated with Active Health Foods. Her Nii Bars look a hell of a lot like your bars.

Afternoon Gregory Manos. I have been following the board since 2015. I just recently started posting when your friend started buying up the shares. Your distressed company was bought to light to me back in the spring of 2015 by an individual and supposed others here in San Diego county. I have since held all shares in the faith that the company would be turned around. Can you bring any light as to if you or others with the company may have been working with these people. Really appreciate your posting on the board and willingness to respond. GO AHFD ! GO Finish Line!

Furthermore, you say, "Dont open your wallet so fast, let me do my work first." Well Sir, that sounds like you intend to do exactly what you (and Gates and Griffin and George and Harkness) already did to us once, and it is your specialty: REVERSE SPLIT. You never generated enough revenue, much less profit, with AHFD, so you had to do reverse splits (rinse and repeat). What the hell has changed!?

My buddy, nickelandime, and I saw our shares decrease by a ratio of 1,000 only to lose 99% of our investment when the price tanked all the way back down to .0001 post-split. I guess we blame that all on David George, right?

Why didn't Manos and Gates negotiate a merger with Shanais Pelka's company, Nii Foods ? She's a nutritionist, and at least she does a decent job marketing her Nii Bars. Her recipes are conceptually similar to those of Active Health Foods because as we know, she served on The Board of Active Health Foods BEFORE starting her own company. Hellfire, I guess Manos and Gates should sue her.

Shareholders, present and past. It's been a year now since Amazing Man, maybe Greg Manos?, last post. Robert Gates leaves the company with no statement???? Why the silence? John Griffin leaves the company, in his statement basically says the company was broken and NEGLIGENTLY managed under a bunch of accounting gibberish with out naming any one as to who may have been responsible. Vague to say the least. Robert Kropf, again no statement as to what occurred and as to who was responsible. This Alicia Pradal Morales, ghost figure, supposedly becomes majority shareholder and director with out any knowledge made available to shareholders or the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a short period of time remains to this day completely anonymous with NO statement. Now the second ghost figure, Juan Sebastian Gutierrez-Lavin, supposedly currently at the top of todays shell company, remains in the dark, off the grid. What is he hiding from??? What does he fear? Wouldn't one think that at least this person would actually identify themselves as that they truly exist. Question to all those reading this, has any one ever heard of ?S?C?O?T?T? ?E?V?A?N?S? Anything would be greatly appreciated as this long term shareholder who has had years of physical and mental health issues is facing homelessness and contemplating the taking of his own life. Even if it was just the return of my initial investment would give me a second chance in life. As to Gregory Manos, well there is nothing more that I could add here that all you already know. Wouldn't one think that if there was improprieties or complete utter negligence by management would lead to some type of criminal investigation and by now an out come? Then earlier this year a six figure default judgement in federal court that was returned undeliverable that was originally filed back in early 2016. Guess maybe this had something to do with Robert Gates silence on his way out back in 2015. None of this adds up to this long term shareholder running out of time.

Manos and Gates and Griffin and George and Harkness - all conmen, and sadly, only one guy is in prison; every one of these con artists should be in the pen. The company is completely worthless now. It is so diluted that the .0001 per share doesn't even do justice to how worthless it is now. The only way this diluted garbage could come back is if a custodian that knows what the f he is doing could revive it with a new business model and a reverse split. That is not going to happen. AHFD is burning in hell where Griffin and George and Harkness left it.
