Let's not get too depressed until we know what is going on. This may be part of why the Chapter 7 has not been resolved.

I have often said that there must have been some agreement among the parties involved to eventually come to a situation which benefits all.

That may or may not include investors still holding Rock Creek stock.

We live in hope.
