Probably a stupid question but putting it out there anyways. There’s been a lot of talk about no updates until the CC, my question is is it legal for new news or big news to be dropped in the CC? Could it not be deemed insider trading to make a new big announcement in a CC with a group of current shareholders, and a subgroup of that even?

Just asking the question, not making any accusations.
