I started the lawsuit and I'm still in the case but somehow I will let someone that came later to get all of the $5million. I don't think that is how it works. B/c it was Tigrent vs Cynery and Legacy didn't merge or buy TIGE. They just bought one of TIGE assess. Granted Legacy might have the upper hand but TIGE still get a piece of that pie.

Doubt TIGE management doesn't want some of that $5million which they started.
