I don't know the details but the way history has gone it has behaved as you stated.

Filings, TA informed, all AFTER. LONG after the dump.

They keep their % ownership and will even after these 6 BILLION are all dumped.

This "company" could be taken out if someone had lots of cash to go after them. But for what?

This is a FRAUD.
