Lol, the facts were presented and based on that a settlement agreement was willingly signed.

Teco support is dwindling, Tacos the Teco was a bust, none of the managers were able to buy new homes or cars.

Worst of all, the attendees got food poisoning.

I would have thought the newly wealthy shareholder would have written a big check. Smart money obviously knows better.

Yes it would however Calvin and his butpirates are well known for lies, fake posts, and fabricated stories. So the judge needs to weigh in on those actions as well. Can't wait for the criminal phase and the day those clowns have to answer to their crimes!
Nothing left for TECO except Disgorgement, Penalties, Fines, and interest!
