If IPCI completely missed their window of opportunity on extended release Regabatin, then why have they had all the back and forth worth the USPTO throughout the past several quarters and why did the USPTO just publish their Regabatin data on the USPTO portal in September of this year?
I personally have no idea why IPCI didn't attempt to secure a partner on Regabatin already...and/or maybe they did but got turned down because Dr. Odidi wanted too much.
But if Regabatin was truly dead and IPCI really did miss any window of opportunity on it as you suggest Samsa...then it makes zero sense whatsoever why all the progress has been made with the patent data and USPTO this year.
The only way to clarify the Regabatin situation is for IPCI to actually crawl out from their rabbit hole and inform the market as to what the hell they're even doing with it right. If they continue to not bother informing the market on Regabatin or anything else...then the joe retail masses will continue ignoring this stock completely and negative speculation on every aspect of the potential material developments in IPCI's pipeline will continue to reign supreme...and IPCI has no-one to blame but themselves because they are beyond pathetic when it comes to keeping the market informed on any potential catalysts they're attempting to progress behind the scenes!
