Bottom line - hoping that financials are filed with OTC and brought current/stop removal, etc...there is good evidence that it is possible to come to fruition.
However, because I don't have any personal experience in what the screens look like while submitting filings, financials, etc to OTC...I asked a lawyer friend who does this type of work and he said that is not the screen that is displayed after submitting filings, fins, etc...he says the company profile page is called just that and that filings/financials are not worded on the submission/receipts page as "profile"
it doesn't really matter if we actually get expected financials/stop removed/OTC current - but it struck me as somewhat misleading to issue that image with the verbiage regarding fins.
The proof will be in the results and fingers crossed that it's a go!
