Short - Q not filed on time

Long - I think it's a website glitch where the logic that turns it on and off wasn't synced to the exception ruling for hurricane relief.

Hope it just posts soon so we don't have to worry about the technicality... because right or wrong, it certainly looks like a stop sign.
