For one thing, there is alot more money to be made by the sleazoids on the long side from this price. As soon as they are positioned to benefit from it, it will happen. Second, the stock will not remain so manipulable when ADXS brings in cash and then gets EMA approval, or even when a decision looms closer. You may as well ask "Then why invest in any baby biotech?"
