Songbird has the DOT certificate authority with the DOT that it needs to operate and that's what matters here. However, if the Songbird deal falls through and they go back to Plan A, USGlobal/Baltia will have to apply to the DOT again. Even if the Songbird deal goes through, the DOT will check to see if Songbird has sufficient money and reserves to operate without screwing anybody out of their money. The DOT checks this with any major change of ownership or major change of operations. All routine stuff. The FAA has nothing to do with the issues involved in this letter.
