17, I fully understand and share your same concerns. The company has one shot at getting this right. Screw it up and IHSI will be like 800 people on a cruise ship trying to reverse course with a giant (dilutive) tidal wave in its path.

If management lets this run, then RS at a later date? Those 800 shareholders will be more apt to return and support the bid a second, third, fourth time. Screw the passengers over, forget it. This company will be done.

FINRA should take a long, DEEP look at this stock before a RS is approved. There are 800 shareholders that will lose substantial money as a result of management's careless mistakes of never once trying to reward shareholders for their loyalty. You DON'T approve of a company that "continuously" takes advantage of this number of shareholders. YOU JUST DON'T!
