The letter on 10/14/2017 from the FAA shows they want The Songbird acquisition to go through with ease... 32 out of 32 inspectors gave all thumbs up! I hear the inspector from 2015-16 wasn’t invited to the party!!
Yes that's true, but they received it Sept 13th. If there was going to be a problem, they would of out out an announcement to the fact. As to my knowledge, I think USGlobal was going to piggy off the already certified aircraft they are going to acquire. I am sure their lawyers have worked this out with FAA. No stress, will be alright??
