I think some people just see how many shares there are and pps etc.. but don't realize that 68% is owned by insiers and about 2% by institutions .. leaving a 15mil float..
Given this stock is roughly 25-28% short right now, per last update this could see some great short term movement providing they deliver on their op-ex reduction.
Insiders bought the lionshare in the low 40s, and per their last conference they have a product ready to go to market.
If they had an additional PR regarding some unexpected revenues, that would just be icing on the cake:)
