The CR(APP) Spin Off Will Be Like the VTCQ/OMHE Disaster

The original spin-off took a year to complete. Noone should hold their breath for the CR(APP) spin-off.

Not sure why MCIG is spinning off CR(APP) when it generated $0 revenues last SEC filing. Their proof of concept FAILED w/ Weed* and 420j*.

Plus, Nomm is a convicted FELON. I would not want him to manage private data.......EVER.

OMHE Now Dark/Defunct

My opinion, much better than VitaCig and OMHE.
I am very excited about that spin off.

Paperwork should be filed beginning of December.
