Yep, ONCI has been starting off each day on low volume then before you know it,,it's gone from 3M to 12M. Once news hits,,,it's catch me volume x 10

The fact PPS is holding on little volume, speaks volumes for where we could and should be in the coming weeks imo. Agreed, it will come again. Likely sooner than later.
