Since there aren't any Financials filed with the 8K all we have is a statement from Bernhard about the sales and Customer network of Hopp... well and we know he has to make 9 payments or lose it all.
Per the outlined numbers (as available) they had only something like 110k or so in liabilities which Bernhard took over with the deal.
Wonder WHY they would sell a well running Business (according to the PR) for just 700k in 9 tranches then...

Something doesn't add up...
