I totally agree that the OTC skull is a real issue. They put it up because of the obvious promotion that was going on. There are lots of links to show it was happening. The promotion is what caught my attention but I didn't know it was a "promotion" to create liquidity for the third party.
I never really thought about the wisdom of the company putting out news while the skull is showing. I can see your point that maybe it is not a good thing to put out news with the skull symbol up as it might be a waste. On the other hand, putting out news might show the company has real activity.
I can't see any reason why the company has not filed their post-merger financials. IMO, that might have stopped the OTC skull in the first place. It might have shown the company is real and the trading was because of excitement in the entry of this company into the public markets. The fact that nothing has been filed makes it really feel like Kevin Wright structured this for a promotion.
